The raised deck occupies the northwest corner above the retaining wall, extended east by one provisional solar-panel bay. The access staircase has a lower flight along the retaining wall, a compact turn and an upper flight beside the eastern deck edge.La cubierta elevada ocupa la esquina noroeste sobre el muro de contención, ampliada al este en un módulo provisional de panel solar. Mark the five front and five rear supports. JC is to establish one common pad-top level for the front row and a separate common pad-top level for the rear row. Fit the ten columns and the two main beams. Use a standard column height for each row, allowing for the agreed plates and grout. The current design model uses 45 × 220 mm joists, with paired members beneath the hot tub. Keep the finished deck level: the supporting steel is coordinated below the deeper timber. Keep both flights at the same rise and going. The current layout has 14 lower rises and 10 upper rises.
